INDIANA ORGAN PROCUREMENT ORGANIZATION (IOPO)
Indiana Organ Procurement Organization (IOPO) is a nonprofit health service dedicated to advancing organ, tissue, and eye donation throughout Indiana. Since its founding in 1988, IOPO has served as a conduit for nearly 3,000 organ and tissue transplants in Indiana.

INDIANA LIONS EYE AND TISSUE TRANSPLANT BANK
The Indiana Lions Eye & Tissue Transplant Bank is a nonprofit organization, which recovers and provides tissue for transplantation. Founded in 1961, it is accredited by The Eye Bank Association of America.

DONOR SERVICES OF INDIANA
Donate Life Indiana is an alliance of agencies that exist to save and enhance lives by registering organ, eye, and tissue donors through the Indiana Donor Registry. Established in 1998, Donate Life Indiana is a local affiliation of Donate Life America.
Each member organization in DLI has one representative serving on theDLI Board of Directors. Three officers are elected for a two-year term as well as a representative to Donate Life America.
